Inspired by ideas of an artist’s emotional and social role within a community. 100+ hand-made beads from Porcelain and Egyptian Paste- materials selected for their associations of worth, value, historical relevance, and spirituality. The porcelain beads are hand-painted with different affirmative words and patterns. Participants select the beads they would like to wear- choosing which affirmations they would like to embody.
