The objective of my work continues to become a vehicle or vessel for sharing and story-telling. I celebrate the agency that art allows for one to create a new visual language with which to present their ideas and feelings. I seek to interpret material and techniques to give form to things that are metaphysical: emotions, minute moments, memories, stories, and happenings that make our experiences. I seek to bring a sense of connection and empowerment through this work; to hold a space for myself and others who have often felt unable to find the right words.
